Most plans include a free trial: 10 days on Starter, 60 days on Annual, 30 days on Nonprofit Monthly, and 90 days on Nonprofit Annual. Growth has no trial. During the trial you use OrangeTill at no charge, and if you cancel before it ends, you're never billed. After the trial, your plan's normal rate begins.

Traditional payment processors like Square or Stripe take a percentage of every sale — usually 2.6–3.5%. OrangeTill charges a flat monthly subscription and nothing else. A $5 sale and a $5,000 sale cost you the exact same amount in OrangeTill fees: zero. The only fees you'll ever see are standard blockchain network fees (paid by the customer sending the Bitcoin), which OrangeTill has no control over and does not collect.

For most small businesses, the Annual plan is the best fit — it's the lowest monthly cost, includes the 60-day free trial, and gives you unlimited QR codes. Starter is a good option if you're just testing the waters and prefer month-to-month. Growth is for high-volume merchants who need unlimited QR codes without a year commitment.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your account settings. If you upgrade mid-year, we'll prorate the difference. If you downgrade, the new plan takes effect at your next billing cycle.

Directly to your wallet — always. OrangeTill is non-custodial, which means we never touch your Bitcoin. When a customer pays, the transaction goes straight from their wallet to yours. OrangeTill just generates the QR code and tracks the record. We have no access to your funds at any point.
