Every crypto payment solution on the market was built for one of two things: exchanges or enterprise. BitPay wants a percentage of every sale. Coinbase Commerce holds your funds before sending them to you. Block requires expensive hardware. Stripe barely supports crypto at all.

None of them were built for the coffee shop owner who just wants to say yes when a customer asks "do you take Bitcoin?" None of them were built for the food truck, the freelancer, the farmer's market vendor, or the church passing the collection plate.

Unlike BitPay or Coinbase Commerce, OrangeTill generates QR codes that point directly to your wallet. When a customer scans and pays, the money flows straight from their wallet to yours on the blockchain. We are a display tool — legally and technically.

This means no custodial accounts, no settlement delays, no percentage fees on your transactions. You pay a flat monthly subscription for the software. Your Bitcoin is 100% yours, the moment it's sent.

Hi. I’m Sarah.
I run a restaurant.

My husband Peter and I have been running our restaurant in New Hampshire for a long time. It’s the kind of place that feels like a neighborhood — the same faces, the same orders, the kind of small business that holds a community together. This year it turns 50.

A few years ago, we weren’t updated on our POS and suddenly couldn’t accept Apple Pay. Customers were confused. It was awkward. We scrambled to catch up. I never want to be caught off guard like that again.

Crypto is coming the same way — except faster, and with higher stakes. Institutions are already holding ₿itcoin on their balance sheets. One day a customer is going to want to pay in crypto, and either you’ll be ready or you won’t. I decided to get ready. And when I looked for a tool to do it, every option was either too expensive, too complicated, held my money before releasing it, or all three.

So I built OrangeTill. A QR code generator that speaks every crypto wallet’s language, sends payments straight from the customer’s wallet to mine, and costs a flat monthly fee. No percentages. No custody. No computer science degree required.

We built OrangeTill because we run a restaurant, and we wanted to accept Bitcoin without giving up a cut of every sale. Turns out, a lot of other people wanted the same thing.
